Prof. Hetem Ramadani, Author, CEO (KS/AL/UAE)
Prof. Hetem Ramadani was born in Zabel of Drenica, studied chemistry at the University of Prishtina, and toxicology in Zagreb. He is a professor of chemistry. After being dismissed from his civil service job in Kosovë due to his support for Kosovë’s independence, Hetem Ramadani was forced to leave the country and ended up penniless in Slovenia. He went from not speaking Slovenian to founding the oil products trading company Salbatring International. With only 14 employees, using his excellent management and negotiation skills, he grew the company’s capacity from 60 million euros in 2007 to 611 million euros. With assets valued at over 68 million euros, he became the seventh richest person in Slovenia and an inspiration to millions worldwide. He graduated in chemistry and is specialized in toxicology.
Prof. Ramadani is the founder and CEO of the company Salbatring, which in 2008 was named the fastest-growing company in Southeastern Europe. With his Concept of Success and Health according to Hetem Ramadani, he advises clients worldwide and speaks at many reputable international conferences and events. Prof. Ramadani uses his wealth and the experience gained over the years to help others achieve their goals. In 2018, Prof. Ramadani founded his Health Revolution institute, where he is doing remarkable work in curing diseases that, according to conventional medicine, are incurable.
Prof. Ramadani has heavily invested in spreading meditation throughout all Albanian territories. He was a very close associate of Adem Demaçi and contributed significantly at all stages of Kosovë’s liberation.
In 2020, Prof. Hetem Ramadani, together with Prof. Dr. Fadil Çitaku, discovered and published “The Leadership Competency Model-Drenica: Generalization of Leadership Competencies.” Prof. Ramadani has delivered dozens of lectures on social networks and participated as a keynote speaker at international conferences and symposia, thereby contributing to the dissemination of his knowledge and experience on the international stage. In 2024, Prof. Hetem Ramadani, along with Prof. Dr. Fadil Çitaku, published the scientific study “Neuroscientific Validation of the Drenica Leadership Competency Model.” Prof. Ramadani is the author of the book “Health and Success through Meditation.”
